Boroughmuir 22 West of Scotland 36

Two late tries for West of Scotland sealed their place in the last four, after a end to end game with Boroughmuir. West opened the scoring early in the tie through Nicky MacLeod, before Graham McCallum levelled the scores.

Two quick scores by Nigel Scullion, both converted by Colin Duck put West in a comfortable position before Boroughmuir hit back. Lindsay Graham went over for a try converted by Calvin Howarth before the break, and then Graham Kiddie levelled the scores with try early in the second half.

West went ahead again with a try from Graham Thomson, converted by Duck, before Boroughmuir responded with a try from Olo Brown.

However, two late tries from Duck and Thomson, one converted by Duck, sealed West’s place in the semi-final.
